Vegas weekend partners

Hey all, I just moved to Summerlin and am looking for weekend partners to do mileage on 5.10 and 5.11 trad multis and occasionally try hard on 5.12. I enjoy sport climbing and bouldering as well, but they're lower priority for me. I really enjoy big days of moving efficiently in the mountains with positive, easy-going people. Just took a 9-5 gig (boo), so I'm looking for weekend partners now. I know the weekends are a bummer in RR, but I like to start early and get on routes which are hard enough to keep the gumbies away. Any other weekenders out there?
