In all seriousness, always back up the brake strand when lowering in guide mode!

This isn't in guide/plaquette mode. What is this? This looks like you were setting up to try to drop somebody, then you clipped the brake strand through a locker to reduce the chances of the rope strands rubbing as you drop them.
