Hats off to Joshua Tree National Park staff for quickly removing this week's graffiti near the Milepost formation (and shame on whomever did the vandalism).

Very, very nice. If anyone learns of the process they used, post up. I’ve done several such projects in the Idyllwild area, and curious about how others are dealing with this blight.

Elephant Snot and a .380

Elephant Snot definitely works better than any of the citrus based solutions. JTNP has to pay close attention to enviro impacts- is ES acceptable? Or did they use a different product and process?

I would ask the Park directly.

There was a very recent (and large) removal done by Riverside County at the end of Double View Drive (Inspiration Point) in IDY. You could give them call at 951-955-3333 to find what they are using.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
