Anyone know if tram is open to climb again? I know the tram is open, but are they allowing climbers to go up with pads and what-not? Not sure what’s allowed with capacity restrictions and what-not. I tried calling today and couldn’t get a live human to ask. If anyone knows or has been up there since they’ve opened back up, let me know. Thanks

Fully open, no reservations required, just bring a mask. They still aren't selling annual passes though...

I've been checking their facebook periodically and it seems some of the locals are constantly asking about annual passes. Maybe if we bother them enough they'll sell them again.

How viable is bouldering with some snow on the ground? Any tips to know when the rock is viable? I'll be in the area just before Christmas and it looks like there will be at least some residual snow at best.

As viable as you're willing to make it!  You'd probably have a more enjoyable experience in Joshua Tree.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
