I'm trying to break into 5.12s and looking for someone around the same level that wants to project sport routes in the 5.11+/5.12- range together. Also interested in becoming more confident on 10+/11- trad. I live in Kings Beach.

Hey! I'm was planning on going to Tahoe from the 4th-8th (get in late on the 4th and leave early on the 8th) and was looking for a partner too! Sounds like I'm right below your skill level, I can climb 11- sport and have been working on 11+ and have dabbled in 12as, I can climb up to 5.9/10a on gear depending on the route although most of my trad experience is 5.9 and below. I've been spending most of the last year learning trad so that plus COVID kinda hurt my fitness a bit but I feel like I'm starting to get it back. I'm definitely down for trad/sport/bouldering in Tahoe if you're interested and it sounds like a good fit! Let me know and I can give you my number.

Awesome! Are you working during weekdays or can you climb any time? I'll be available all day the 5th-7th.
My number is 616-915-5772 if you want to drop me a text. I'll be in Red River Gorge Sunday the 26th through Wednesday the 29th so I may have limited service then.

Are either of you still available to climb next week during the day Tues-Thurs? Still trying to decide if I should head out that way.

Kenneth, I’m local and in that same range, I’ve done a couple of 12’s and can climb around 10a on gear. I’m looking for dedicated partners who want to climb hard, and I’m off work Sun-Tue every week!
