Hi Guys, I'm an Israeli film maker living in China, I'm not a mountaineer, though fascinated by this concept and the psychology behind it.

In this play which is called "Mountaineering" there are 2 lead actors: The Man, and The Mountain.
We hear allot what the man has to say, but what about the mountain? this is what I tried to answer in this video. Some friends of mine who are mountain climbers had very opposite reactions to it, some loved it, some really didn't.
Would be curious to hear your thoughts.

Incredible photography...where did you get it? Who took it?

Except wind, snow, air, etc have nothing to do with the mountain... like saying we can sue people because the sun burned us while we were in their yard.

Squeak, Chris Rice, FrankPS, J Marsella and D-Roc, thank you for your kind really glad you liked it!

And thanks ViperScale for your criticism:)

FrankPS the footage is taken from the Hollywood film Everest from 2015 (I wrote in the beginning of the video), the movie(I'm sure you saw it though) revolves around the well known Everest accident of 1996, and the movie itself uses original footage from previous documentaries about the Everest, I saw some of it in the movie "Storm Over Everest" which can fe found on YouTube. I changed it to black and white and added some small effects so it's not 100% like in the movie.
Originally I wrote it for a project I was about to shoot but it was not materialized eventually. So I decided to do it any way using this footage.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
