Does anyone have any information on this tragedy? They say that it appears to be of natural causes but from the sounds of it a 32 year old dying of natural causes while skiing on Vail pass sounds highly unlikely to me. Was an accident involved? Any information on who this person is could be useful as well. My condolences to all friends and family of this poor guy.
Sadly, I know people who have died in their 20's or early 30's due to a brain aneurysm - they otherwise seemed in good health. One person was jogging when it occurred.
I knew a gentleman 33 years of age that had a heart attack while skiing last winter outside of Ned.
And I actually knew a girl in 7th grade who had a brain aneurysm...not while skiing or anything physical, just watching TV on the couch. She actually let out a quick yell and that was it. Nothing after that.
As the colloquial expression goes...stranger things have happened.
Happens all the time. I had one of my guys drop dead from a heart attack in his mid 20's. Later found out that is was a pre existing condition agrivated by use of stimulants to stay awake.
