Suburban, composite material bouldering Parking is 10 seconds away from the park.
This artificial crag located near the splash pad was clearly made to be climbed. Scattered with in-cut crimps and cracks this wall makes for some fun bouldering. The rock is surprisingly realistic and textured for being man-made. Wardle fields is a public park off of 2700 W.
The sun hits pretty hard here. The rock feels nice and there's always at least one shady spot. Take the Blackridge trail and turn up a dry riverbed. The hike is fairly easy.
