Climbing Near Markham, Ontario

Classic crag in Halton Region. Sport climbing routes start at 5.10. Lots of trad climbing options. Across Kelso on the other side of the highway.

sunny all day good rock quality all here no approach straight on the side of the road, park respectfully in one of the parking lots.

This is the cliff that can be seen while driving along Hwy 401. North facing and thus stays cool in summer. From Hwy 401 take Hwy 25 south towards Milton. Turn right at Steeles and follow signs for Kelso Conservation Area. Park in the Conservation Area and walk through the tunnel towards the ski chalet. Walk along the trail for ~2km to the cliff top.
