Climbing Near East Liverpool, Ohio

Huge cave with potential for a few hard, bold lines once cleaned. Park at the Laurel Trail trailhead and walk northeast up the road about 50 yards. The cave is visible from the parking spot.

Decent selection of boulder problems scattered throughout the Laurel Trail. Park at the Laurel Trail trailhead at 40.548384, -80.596242Walk through the closed gate at the parking area and into the large picnic area. Walk clear to the back of the picnic area until you reach the trail that takes you down to the creek. Cross the creek and follow the Laurel Trail to the left.1st set of boulders is about 3-5 min down the trail once you cross the creek and the farthest stuff is about a mile.

Small boulder with a couple fun lines on it.The big flake in the center of the boulder shifts a bit but I’ve pulled on it many times and it’s solid.  Follow the Laurel Trail to the pin.About 15 min from car to boulders.
