The IX park boulder is across the street from Portico church or inova solutions in a small island between parking lots. You can park 15 yards from the boulder The second boulder is behind a large wire fence if walking from the IX park boulder but is on public property.

IX Park Boulder is a small boulder accessible boulder with in Charlottesville. This low ball boulder has one climbable face and is partially illuminated by street lights at night. There are a number of face holds but the top is rounded making the top out the cruz in most cases. Described as "low ball but convenient" Located in an island between parking lots at IX Park.
