Located in Serenity Ridge Park, this large artificial boulder has plenty of overhang route potential. There is a dense rubber landing zone - pads could be helpful if you are really going after it. Park in the parking lot. The boulder is located in the back.
This sunny subarea is under a playground in Westminster north of Ketner Open Space in Mayfair Park. Drive from Wadsworth Parkway and 104th Ave. in Westminster, and go west. Go left (south) on W. 105th Ave. to a right bend, and park legally. Walk southeast to this spot.
