Climbing Near Amherst, Massachusetts

Millenium Boulder is a large boulder with a large variety of popular climbs. It starts overhung and then slabs out. This is the first boulder you encounter as you walk into The Hideaway.

This is a small rock outcrop located by the dam of Puffer's Pond. It is only accessible when the pond freezes over in the winter. Park at Puffer's Pond via State Street, and walk SW across Puffer's Pond to reach the dam.

Puffer's Plunge is located to the right of the dam and is lit by the sun most of the day. Legend says people jump from the cliff come summertime. After parking at Puffer's, walk across the frozen pond towards dam (SW of the beach).
