Description
The Outback is a collection of boulders on a mostly flat, grassy area, on roughly the same tier as the Upper Deck, but located about half a mile farther east along the bluff.
Getting There
Instead of heading up the trail to the Pond Boulders, walk up the main road (NF-10) about 80 meters and then turn left (north). Walk uphill, continuing north, along the right side of the drainage, following a small ridge, for 0.4 miles. You will end up in a flat-ish area with scattered boulders on about the same level as the Upper Deck.
