The front part of the Richmond Floodwall.

Getting There

Park at the Floodwall Visitor Parking Lot (101 Hull St, Richmond, VA 23224). You can also walk along the Floodwall Trail to get their from the rear parking lot (Manchester Wall). You get to the area by going under the Mayo Bridge. There you will see the Floodwall.
