This is a beautiful, standalone, granite block atop a quaint ridge nestled within a thicket of rhododendrons. There are climbs on three of the four faces with potential for multiple new lines up to V10 and above.
NOTE: CAUTION, there is an undeveloped climb at the left side of the west face, starting from a very unique pinch rail. At the topout, there is a large, loose flake that could break off and be very dangerous. Avoid this climb until I pry off the flake.
Hike in starting as for the other boulders of the Schmidt area. Upon reaching the “Breaking Wave,” skirt left as if headed towards the Amazonia Boulder, but instead of cutting left into the dense grove when passing a 9’ slabby boulder, continue along the hillside. You will see a dramatically overhung prow feature. Continue ahead aiming up the hillside slightly, and follow the ridge for another 1-2 minutes until you reach the Terrarium Boulder sitting in front of a dense grove of green vegetation, where the terrain drops off to the right.
