Free to access during normal park hours, if hiking out isn't your thing, there is usually someone renting paddle boards so you can access cliffs. mostly conglomerate
Getting There
20 min drive from downtown university. Climbs are near cliff jumping area, several boulders, and if you have gear to set up a TR, it can be done to climb the cliffs many people jump from
