Description Suggest change

Bouldering in a low cave with several distinctive pillar features. Soft sand landings and sharp, friable rock. You'd do well to scout the holds you intend to use on your line before trusting your weight to them; many of the features are thinner and hollower than they look at first sight and many flex when pulled. Be conscientious as the cave attracts beach goers looking for a little shade.

The highly featured nature of the rock allows for the invention of problems all over the cave, but there's a number of established problems here documented by Grant Farquhar on his website: https://climbderock.bm/bermuda-bouldering/john-smiths-bay/

Getting There Suggest change

The cave is at the east end of the beach and is very obvious.
