Drive to west side of main Devils Playground area. Hike up approx 10 minutes

Ruined Rock Wall, West face of The Sun King.

The Sun King is a rock dome with climbing on the east and west sides; the west side is known as the ruined rock wall. There are great routes on both sides allowing for sun or shade climbing most of the day.

Getting There

From lower West side camp (Happy Hour Crag/Camp) site, 10 minute approach. Pass the gate, hike up hill on two track, Sun King is the cliffs on the left to the east. Multiple climbs on east and west faces.
