Description

A small crag a little ways up Sypes Canyon. If you want some sketchy rock and type two fun this location is for you.

Getting There

Park at the Sypes Canyon trail head. Walk down the trail for around half a mile when the trail crosses a very rocky area with cliffs above and below the trail. Keep going a few hundred feet as the trail goes down hill a little bit and past the rocky area. You will soon see that you are approaching the end of the rocky cliff area, at which point you will turn left (north) and walk up a gully. Walk up the gully a few hundred feet staying close to the left (east) side of the gully. The climb is on the east side of the gully on an arete with a large tree near the edge of the top of the cliff. See the route for more details as how to access the top to set up a top rope anchor
