Description
Nice rocky area along a bend in the Spokane river, on the edge of Corbin park. Good spot to get a couple climbs in while enjoying a day at the park.
The closer you are to the river, the better the quality of rock. Most of the rock is still quite subpar and crumbly, but now and then you'll stumble upon a crisp formation worth climbing. In the colder season there's more rock accessible from lowered waterline, and in the dry seasons the tops of the rock are much clearer and obviously very dry as well.
While there's some good potential routes inland, they are within the disc golf course. While I don't think there's any prohibition on climbing within that area, I wouldn't advise it as a disc to the head while climbing isn't ideal. A lot of the rock inland has quite a bit of moss, dirt or shrubs at the top, even though the sides are clear. If you're considering setting up a boulder problem here, I'd advise doing it outside the disc golf course, and select only rocks naturally clear of moss.

Getting There
Navigate to Corbin Park in Post Falls. The road in the park is a loop, once you're in you'll take the first left of the loop and pass the ballfield and main park buildings. Before the second left, you'll see a rocky area and the river to your right. Down by the rocky waterline is where the routes are located.
