Description Suggest change

The Spot Boulder opened in 2002 as one of the first bouldering gyms in the United States. The walls here are modeled after some of the most famous crags in the world - Fontainebleau, Hueco Tanks, and Yosemite - with natural holds and cracks forming dozens of natural climbs which range from V0 to V11-12. The walls still hold the potential for hard, unclimbed projects, including one line with a $500 cash prize for anyone who can put up the first ascent!

Some climbs can be rendered more difficult or impossible depending on the placement of plastic holds. Still, they can provide great rainy-day projects or acclimation to the style of climbing on real rock.

We have limited information on the history of these climbs. If you have historical information such as first ascents, please comment or email marketing@thespotgym.com. Thank you!
