Description
Decent bouldering area just outside of York on the north side of Codorus Creek. There are easy and moderate problems on the bridge abutment on the old road on the north side of the creek.
About a hundred yards west in the old quarry proper there is some bouldering and top roping.
Since I haven't been there for years, I have asked a climber friend in Lancaster to visit Blackbridge and to let me know what is still accessible and climable in the old quarry. When I get some current info about the quarry, I'll add a couple toprope problems that we did in the 70s if they are not overgrown or otherwise inaccessible.
