Description
It's the Sehome Arboretum. It sees a fair amount of traffic from WWU students to and from campus as well from runners and hikers. Additional information can be found on the city's website. Due to the long history of students climbing here, most first ascents are best left as unknown.
The sandstone here, just like the rest of the Chuckanuts, is very fragile when wet. Please don't climb unless the rock is completely dry. If the ground is wet, it's too wet to climb. During the winter it may take over a week without rain for the rock to dry completely.
The Sehome page was originally set up by michael faith in 2012, but completely reorganized and updated to this one in 2023.
