If you use chalk on the rock, brush it off when you are done. If you use tick marks, brush them off when you are done. Wipe your feet off prior to each climbing attempt. Excess chalk and any dirt, leaves, or mud can polish holds over time. Do not drag your pad from one climb to the next (in order to minimize erosion). And most importantly, Leave No Trace. Pick up your trash and place it in the trash cans at the trail head.
Description
This boulder has several variations including a nice lip traverse and a fingery roof. Easy tall trad climbs exist on the right side of the boulder.
Getting There
From the main parking area, follow signs and blazes for the Rattlesnake Trail. After going down the first set of stairs and past the first corridor on the right (The Cranny), take a right and hike a short distance past the Font Boulder before heading slightly downhill. The tall obvious slab making up the top of the Tomb Raider Boulder can be seen. Continue past this large boulder and the obvious low Ship's Prow roof will be seen on the right.
