Description

The prominent dome and wall that overlook Waterwheel Falls on the north side of The Grand Canyon of the Tuolumne. There are routes on the dome, proper, which is lookers' right when standing beneath, as well as on the wall to lookers' left where the two parts are separated by a large gully. The prominence at the top of this gully is Wildcat Point itself.

Getting There

Hike the trail to Glen Aulin and proceed another 1.5 miles down canyon from the High Sierra Camp to arrive at the base of the dome to the east of Wildcat Point. This is identifiable by its shear blank looking east face with golden and gray streaks running down it.
