Description

Right next to the bridge, might have trouble accessing route in high tides.

Getting There

Simply walk down the existing (unnamed) trail until you get to the beach, then turn right and walk until you get to the boulder. If you use the Deception Pass Parking, you should be able to get there in less than 5 minutes.
