Anacortes Forest Lands. Free to park at Whistle Lake parking area.

Getting There

From the parking area, take the large maintenance road/trail located at the far left of the parking area. Hike on the road for about 10 minutes or so. You will see an out-house (bathroom), go past that and take a right before you get to the lake. This trail will hike along the perimeter of the lake for about 5-10 minutes. Look for a 30 ft cliff across the water, and swim out to it (100-200 ft swim). There are multiple ways to scramble to the top. This is a huge cliff jumping destination as well so watch out for cliff jumpers above you.
