Description
Easy approach, boulders are located right off the trail less than 0.2 miles from the lot. Has various steep, blank/flakey overhangs that need cleaning, and a few cool riverside boulder problems. Further down the trail you may find a great deal of chossy rock that is not necessarily worth the walk (except for one cool highball slab...). Most of the good/accessible climbing is likely at the start of the trail.
Slash grades are meant to further emphasize that grades are just a estimate; most climbs here have likely not seen many ascents. So if a climb looks fun to you (regardless of the grade), try it out!
The river is deep enough to swim in some of the parts right by the Riverside Boulder, and also appears relatively clean. Be warry of fish hooks and other trash though if you plan on walking around barefoot!
Please be respectful of other visitors that use the trail or spend time around the river. Always remember to brush your tick marks and chalk off of the holds before you leave a boulder. Avoid stepping on plant life along the banks of the river, and watch out for poison ivy and ticks.
