Description Suggest change

Jurupa Hills (Mountains) are located on the boundary of Riverside County and San Bernardino County in the southeast Pomona Valley. Truly, a climbing spot for the Inland Empire. This little mountain range, with
Mt. Jurupa the high point at 2,217 ft, is mostly bouldering, but it does have potential for some sport and trad routes.

Grading here is soft compared to the rest of SoCal climbing grades. This was done intentional so beginner climbers have a place to climb and entice climbers to come by. However, the grade does start to get hard once you get to V5/V6. Crack climbing stays just as hard as JTree grades.

Getting There Suggest change

The main area is on the north-eastern side near Mary Vagle Nature Center. You can park in the parking lot for free and hike to where you need to. The other outskirt area is in Martin Tudor Jurupa Hills Regional Park. You can park there for free as well to access the eastern side of Jurupa Hills.
