Description Suggest change

Bob Callan Trail - Bridge Area is essentially the assortment of boulders around the Bob Callan trail as it passes under the Cumberland boulevard bridge. It's not the most incredible climbing destination nor is it worth a long drive, but if you are burnt out on the Palisades and looking for a fun new area to boulder, it might be worth your time.  Notably, because some of the boulders are under the massive bridge, some stay dry when its raining! The area is ripe for development with numerous outcroppings nearby.

Getting There Suggest change

Park at the Bob Callan Trail parking lot (8-10 spaces) and head south along the paved path that follows Rottenwood Creek. Walk for roughly 5-10 minutes until the path reaches the Cumberland Blvd. bridge.
