Rivertop Boulder

Description

A cool secluded boulder that looks out over the whole bar climbing area from a perch of sorts. Perfect landing and a lot of great holds with potential for hard lines.

Getting There

The easiest path is to take a downhill left off the main trail that goes to Shogun and follow a faint path through some semi-dense forest towards handlebar. After about a 2 minute walk you will go up a narrow section and end up in a small clearing directly above handlebar that overlooks the river and the boulder will be on your left.

Alternate (and much more strenuous) approach would be to go to handlebar, turn around, and climb directly uphill about 150 yds.

[Hide Comment] SBR is short for send before Ryker. Lol I cleaned this Boulder up a few years ago and there’s about 7-8 lines on it from v3 to project. It’s called the Rivertop Boulder. “Day Drinker” is called “Hurley the Hurler”. Dec 2, 2021
