Description Suggest change

Solid collection of sport routes along a series of limestone palisades above Palisade Campground. This area is still very "raw" so don't expect Tensleep-style comforts nor niceties. Having said that, the climbing here is very good with a lot of variety. Receives afternoon shade and is a good choice for hot days. There are climbs scattered across all sides of the tombstone like rock formations with lots of potential for new climbs- The Palace is still very much under construction.

Getting There Suggest change

Park at Palisade Campground. Follow a trail starting at a bearbox, which crosses over a mountain biking trail and carries on steeply uphill. After some side-hilling and a brief downhill the first climb is encountered. From here, carry on up the right or left side of the rocks to access more routes.
