Description
This alpine peak in the northern winds lies west of the divide and is home of two of its own glaciers. The peak currently has a permanent snow cap and is easier technically than Gannett, but with a longer and harder approach.
Getting There
The crux of this peak are the long approaches, all of which involve long stretches of off trail travel. There are 3 options, Tourist creek drainage from the west. From the east, on the glacier trail one could take the downs fork trail to grasshopper glacier, or take the Gannett drainage and traverse north.
