Description Suggest change

Neglected Area is a small, secluded spot on the west side of the Arkansas River across from the 4 Mile Area. It is the same rock as the 4 Mile area. 

Getting There Suggest change

From the main stop light in Buena Vista, head north on US Hwy 24. After 2.8 miles, turn right onto CR 384, then make an immediate right on Elephant Rock Lane. Go another 0.8 miles on this road, and take a sharp left on an unnamed road. Head down the hill 1/4 mile and park. Parking is now designated  at the bottom of the hill in "Day Use Only" parking, please do not park in the old pull out.
