Mill cove trail is can be windy and cold so make sure you check the weather before going. Mill cove trail is 165 FT above sea level it's across route 310 from Louil Hill. it is a granite hill with two main faces and a couple of smaller boulders. The trail is a short (< 1km) but is up hill the first main face is only 20 or so feet of trail it can be seen on the right of the trail. There is another face on the east side of the hill from the lookout.

Mill Cove trail is in Terra Nova National Park near the exit to route 310 off the Trans Canada Highway (TCH), it's about a 2.5 hour drive from St. Johns. Once you exit the TCH onto route 310 the trailhead for the Mill cove hiking trail is on your left the trail is about 0.65 km but the first face is only have that but I recommend walking the hole trail.
