Getting There Suggest change

You will likely first fly to Papeete on Tahiti (airport code PPT). From there you have two basic options:
1) Take a boat from Tahiti to Makatea or
2) Fly from PPT to the islands of Takehau or Rangiroa and then take a boat from there to Makatea.
