Mittlere Wand

International > Europe > Germany > Schwäbische Alb > Eselsburger Tal

Description

50ft, 15m, Limestone cliff with around 40 climbs. The Climbs tend to end at a single glue-in bolt for the anchor but can often be backed up with trad gear. a rack of 6-8 quickdraws is ample as I don't think I climbed a route that had more than 4 bolts.

Getting There

From the parking lot head NNW for 900m then turn right heading north on Tal Strasse, a paved road along the river, pass Wilder Hund Cliff and Mittlere Wand is the second prominent feature.
