Access Issue: Seasonal Gate Closures to certain zones. Details

At one time it was required to have a $20 Leased Lands Permit in your procession to recreate in Jim Kress and technically on any other WMA leased lands but the Arkansas Game & Fish links are no longer in service for purchasing a permit. Since Jim Kress is mostly treated as a wildlife management area and managed for hunting there are mazes of dirt roads that are gated off and only seasonally open during hunting seasons.
