Description
Woods Mountain expresses the southern escarpment of the Boston Mountains and is contained between Highway 123 on the east and Highway 21 on the west. Rough
Getting There
There are several ways to get into these zones but most people will approach from the south and come up through either Lamar or Clarksville and either come up Highway 123 from Lamar to a psuedo-4Way intersection and continue north on Strawberry Loop Road (3601) verve right at a "Y" onto 3631 and continue until the road turns to gravel just beyond some fields and the last residential homes (you are entering National Forest). Turn left (North) on 1402 up the steep dirt switchbacks to Strawberry/Dingleberry/Rasberry zones or continue to the top of the mountain (Woods Mountain Road/4540)
