Description
Perhaps, the most climbed ice in state of Utah, Stairway to Heaven is a multi pitch magical cliff of ice, rock, trad, and bolted routes to suite the beginner, to the seasoned veteran looking to redpoint that M9, 7 pitches up. The Apron ice, The 5th pitch of Stairway, The Farmer's Daughter, all classics in their own right! Getting as high as you can up the Stairway should be on everybody's bucket list.
Note: If top roping the Apron ice, like many people do every day throughout the season, be aware of falling ice from climbers multiple pitches above you and out of site, be aware of falling rocks from may pitches above you and out of site and the occasional 5th pitch collapse on a warm day as 10 tons of ice come crashing down.
