Access Issue: Reopened after flood damage! Details

Per Stewart M. Green: as of the July Fourth weekend, Red Rock Canyon Open Space has been reopened for climbing.

Red Rock Canyon Open Space is currently CLOSED to all access due to flood damage.

Description

The Crystal Wall rises above a deep gap on the Roundup Trail just South (to the left) of Swanger Slab. This tall face only has one route.
Although it has potential, no other routes are allowed in order to protect the cliff-bases' ecosystem.

Getting There

From the Pavilion, hike Red Rock Canyon Trail South past Wiggins Wall until it bends right and becomes the Roundup Trail after 1.3 miles. The base of the wall will be directly to the right off of Roundup Trail.
