Tortoise Block

Description

This massive boulder is the largest in the main boulder field at Reid Hollow, and has a great variety of problems with some good height. Landings are generally decent, but two pads minimum are recommended. Has the best route of the area, Shell Wax.

Getting There

Drive up Reid Hollow Road for about 2 minutes until seeing a 2-car pulloff on the left. Walk up the hill for 30 seconds straight to the largest obvious block.
