Description
Typical Chugach choss in all directions - several tempting spires in the vicinity along with many possible ice routes in winter.
Getting There
Approaching from the north (Carpenter) is the shortest option, but would require crossing the Matanuska river. Approaching from Friday Creek requires travel on 4-wheeler trails initially in the Knik marsh area, then dodging cliffs in the canyon before finally opening up to sheep trails. A much longer approach.
