Description

Goldie is a spectacular wall that enjoys nearly all day shade with only a little indirect light hitting in the evening. There are 9 routes with a variety of grades, most being in the seven range. The rock is bulletproof and the angle is near vertical. The belay area is sheltered buy a large over hanging block that adds to the unique climbing experience in this amazing canyon.

Getting There

Goldie is approached from the lower parking area. Walk to the canyon rim and admire the bird's eye view of your destination. Turn left and follow a series of trails that weave their way to the canyon floor. Continue walking down Canyon and past the base of sector Carnival untill you enter a large boulder field. The wall is located across and slightly down canyon from the parking area and approach Trail. Approach time takes approximately 8 to 12 minutes.
