Description Suggest change

The Break Up Rocks are on the north side of the canyon about 2/3 the way downstream. The molar like rocks are leaning outward on their outsides leaving overhanging zones. Lines exist on all sides and yield climbs of 50 feet. So far there about 6 climbs put up. One of them is the road wise visible overhanging crack on the SW face.

Getting There Suggest change

There is a 2-tack junction about 1/2 mile from the canyon entrance gate on the meadow floor. Take the left route up a small gully and then eastward onto a flatish shelf above the valley floor for 1/3 mi over some rocky zones and park when reaching another flatish expanse. From here the climbing rocks are northward and up a short distance.
