Description

Socorridos is one of the best crags near the big city of Funchal, here you will find some hard 6 and 7 grades roots, on some compact vulcanic basalt.

Getting There

This crag is located in the riverside of Ribeira dos Socorridos.
From Funchal on the highway, you can exit on Santa Rita and turn left until you reach "Caminho da Lombada", enter the road and at the top (after "Padaria Sousa"), turn right, then straight ahead you will enter a small road. After about 500m you will find an intersection, and you can park there.

You can also come from "Estrada Monumental" and enter PEZO.
