Description
The South Seas boulder consists of three boulders that form a short corridor. They are referencenced as the Ship Boulder in the 2015 Kelly Sheridan guidebook. Just about all the climbs are on the backside of the boulder (facing downhill), and are easy, slabby, juggy. However, there is also a short crimp test piece, The Ground Below V9.
Getting There
These are just past the Vision boulder. Follow the trail downhill and left of the Pasture for about 1 minute and you'll encounter a big but short boulder on your right, which is the Vision boulder. Keep going straight for just a few meters or so to come to the corridor. South Seas arete is to your left in the corridor, on the arete. You can also go around the right side of the Vision boulder, straight for 10 meters or so, and you'll end up just next to the slab with Jolly Roger to your left.
