Access Issue: BLM Fort Sage OHV Access and Parking Restrictions Details

Fort Sage OHV is limited to designated routes and trails and developed parkings areas. Climbers should not park off road, for example along Road 30, or they will be subject to a citation in areas not designated for parking.

Description

An overhanging dihedral boulder 40 yards from the road which has a concentration of V0 to V7 boulder problems. Look for the obvious overhanging V shaped alcove with a sandy landing near he road across from Sail Rock.

Getting There

Park in the small pullout across the road and to the East of Sail Rock. You will see the Roadside Boulder about 40 yards away, which is the closest set of boulders of any significance to the road.
