Description

Secluded rock outcropping on the sand banks of the French Broad River. Reasonably good granite, though quite a bit of loose rock.

Getting There

Take brush creek road until it splits, go to the left. Drive for about 300 yards and turn right on the first road you come to. Go to the end of this road, park, then fallow the path and cross the creek. There is a fallen log to the right of the trail which is very Large and sturdy. Walk the trail until you get to the first and second outcrop.
